Brother is suffering

Hi there! My brother is 34 years old and has a bad case of HS. He has under both armpits, stomach, groin, and buttocks. He is in constant pain and just underwent first surgery under right armpit. Any advice for the severe drainage and tremendous amount of pain he is in? He is on two different antibiotics, Humira, and just recently got on Gabapentin (nerve blocker). I don’t know what else to do and I just want to help him!
