As I sat here thinking about what to call my journal topic of the day I let out a long sigh.  It hit me that to breathe fully is such a joy.  Sometimes I find myself holding my breath.  I find myself holding my breath with fear that I might fall, disappoint someone, or fail at something.  My friend and pilates teacher is working with me on breathing.  It is so important.  When I breathe right I am more relaxed and have more energy.  It makes me calmer too.  So, I am thinking of breathing today.  A sigh of relief for a day of work complete.  A sigh of joy at the prospect of finding a home for this lost kitty I have.  A sigh of relief and anticipation of resting my head on my husbands shoulder.
