Breakthrough???

My youngest son, who is expecting his first child in February, invited my daughter to come to his house for a visit. He had pushed her out of his life too. She told me that the visit went really well and that when she got ready to leave, they gave each other a big hug and that when she started to let go, he hugged her even tighter and gave her a kiss. I'm so glad things went well. It's time for the family to stop hurting each other and remember that special bond we used to have. My son also told her that he doesn't mind if I'm a part of the new baby's life when it gets here. I pray that this will be a turning point for us all.
