Breaking news
Wow....have been thinking of writing but it's been a busy spring! Spent 10 days in Italy with Gabriella and Renato and Keith and his family. So wonderful! It was just what I needed to rejuvenate and be with everyone! Perry and Denise were over as well for a few days...
And just when you think all is great....something comes along to "disrupt" your bubble. I get a text message of a pic of myself in St. Marteen that Tony had taken. He sent it to me out of the blue...then he tries to call me and blocks out his number. I did answer finally.....it was a cordial conversation. Thought why should I be a bitch...doesn't matter. It's been 4 years since I have spoken to him so very weird. He doesn't change....he's living with someone now. The woman that we argued about when we were together that I had suspected of but could never quite put my finger on it. But of course, there were many things that he did that I could never quite put my finger on! So doesn't surprise me.
Then last Friday I'm out with a friend listening to a band and he walks in with his girlfriend, his sister and her boyfriend and his niece. He tries to sit at the table next to us and the girlfriend gets upset! So everyone looks over at our table and sees who we are and they move down another table! It was actually pretty comical. I wasn't uncomfortable but he sure was given the fact that he tried to contact me that day......
The universe is definitely testing me.....but I remain strong in the decision that I made 4 years ago. I'm in a much better place in my life now....it certainly would be easier to handle this if I had someone in my life but I have the love of my family and friends who willl support me through this "bump" in the road.....
