Breaking news

Well....you will never believe my weekend.  I reconnected with a boy now a man that I dated in high school this past Friday, Jim Umlauf.  Bad news that boy....made my life a living hell as well as my family.  Basically, upset the neighborhood when he and his family moved next door to us in Cal City.  His sister found me on Facebook, Lori, and we reconnected.  He looks older...but of course they couldn't get over how great I looked!  HA....anyway, some things never change.  He mentioned that he has been "clean" of alcohol and drugs for the past 3 years which means that he still continues to use.  I thank my mother every day that she sent me away to school.  I would not have had a good life with that boy....Yesterday, I went 100 miles on the bike!  Unbelievable....I went with my new "crush"....Bruce.  Only problem....we work together so seems like we need to keep this under wraps for now.  Taking things slowly...not sure where he is at with all of this.  But it was a good day.  He is so cute and so very nice.  I gave him a little "kiss" on the lips....Deb thinks I shouldn't have but oh well....I did.  Gives him something to think about for the rest of the weekend....HMM.  We'll update you as things progress.....maybe he is the answer to my prayers.  Who knows....Not a day goes by where I don't think of Tony.  His memory will forever be in my heart but it just gets a little "easier" as life moves forward to me.  I pray that he feels the same and that he has found someone who makes him happy....
