Breaking Isolation

In March 2017, when I flight-triggered out of here for what evolved into my year long funeral pilgrimage, I was in the process of taking the first of those first, hardest steps to remedy the isolation factor. The Co-owner yaddahs felt like a cosmic response to the crime of taking those steps. This is not a sustainable proposition for your insignificant needs. It's a line item on an executive spreadsheet. Here come the caddies. Here come the caddies. Goodness, gracious, here come the caddies. Psycho flight in progress. . . Haunted as I was by Big Bro's recent death, the Co-owner yaddahs triggered a continuous stream flashback stream to the too many times we were evicted from farm properties all too much like this one by fancy suburbanites who were only and rightfully protecting their investment. The housing was far beneath their personal standards, but an investment is an investment.

Allot happened since my return here six months ago, but are the changes any more than superficial? I am pleased with the work progress, but letting it evolve from a job site to a sustainable committment is proving to be a serious challenge. The whys and wherefores of the challence keep jumping their threads in psychotic shifts and fissures.

the isolation factor is Huge for me. No people to call and go out to do ?, my most significant social activities are made up of medical/therapy apts. The human contact 'conversations' are with strangers in public places. At the moment I have a phone number from a gal who was in my DBT, now living in the same town as me, I hesitate to call, liking my silence and hating my phone ringing. I will be trying out on 27 a prayer shawl ministry, and in December food shelter prep and dinner. I've never attended this church, do know someone who goes there for shelter dinner...hoping I will run into her..she is a wonderful person I went to high school with, and just "happened" to be in a place after I walked the board walk and was very tired, coming to my rescue, we went to the beach and talked for quite a while, where my car was parked. Venturing, scared, but need to try.
