Break Down

Well, almost had a complete break down today.  Read an article about a young man who killed himself from my area.  His story made me think back to my brother's suicide.  Read the article on the bus on the way to work.  All I wanted to do was cry and crawl in a hole.  I made it through the day though.  I was looking for any escape though.  Kinda of crappy day all things considered, otherwise also.  But I made it through.
