BRAIN STORMING
"HI JOURNAL,
it's time, time for what, I hear you say,
it's time for me to ramble on,
it being that which I do best.
So let's get rambling and cause a stir. LOL
Question,
How does exercise benefit those unfortunate souls,
that have been diagnosed as having,
Parkinson's Condition?
Being totally out of my depth in this area,
I will just have to brain storm and, see where
it leads and to what I might come up with.
Does exercise produce dopermine? I don't think so.
Does exercise produce the cells, that produce the
cells that make dopermine? Probably not.
Why, what, and how does exercise have positive
benefits, to those of us, who have been diagnosed
as having Parkinson's Condition?
'Brain plasticity' is a term very much in vogue
at the moment.
Could it be that the brain is healing itself and
is using different parts of the brain to do that
which, Parkinson's has negatively affected.
I wonder ...
So much for my brain storming.
I think that those of us, with better brains and
knowledge and education than myself, may well
have delved into this area of research and,
dismissed the idea. Then again maybe not?
Desperate situations,
need desperate measures/suggestions.
MAINTAIN A WINNING POSITION.
