Happened to drive past Trailers Direct on the Sunshine Coast, sent online enquiry for quote with details of what I was after. Got us exactly what we were after at a very affordable price and even though we wanted something slightly different from what he had in stock he was able to get what we wanted within a couple of days. These guys deliver what they promise, Bruce knows his stuff and was very helpful when ordering our trailer. They accommodated everything we asked for.
The trailer was the size I wanted, , it was available and didn’t have to be ordered in. It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.( eg spare wheel and jockey wheel). And importantly it was competitively priced. It was important for us to buy Australian made, these guys make their own trailers, they are top quality and very well priced.

The paint finish can handle being knocked around which surprised me.
The trailer is full of sharp galvanising and welds and has many offset joints (especiallyin the cage). There is also much weld splatter and the like not cleaned up before galv was put on.It has many rub/exposed metal points (the owner gave us some galvanising paint to resolve). We paid about $3200 and we very happy with the price given that everywhere else wanted between $6k and $7.5k for the same. You won’t get hooked up with a quality trailer any faster than at this place. Trailer tows well, is solid, no rattles and I was done, registered and hooked up in 10 minutes. Box trailers come in a huge variety of shapes and sizes to suit different needs.

I have so much confidence in what was done, my dual axel boat trailer hasn’t been registered in years. They went over everything, called and talked through everything (in clear detail) before anything major was needed and gave a report. Trailer is registered and ready to safely travel nationally.
