Bottom again
A bit farther down that ever before. Had a pretty public break down. A few tears on the way to the car, then more in the car, then a complete break down at home. Not in the bathroom and before my middle son and his wife went home. My husband was standing there and my youngest son. Was eyeing the train tracks today and still want to cut up my arm. Headache, exhaustion and still on the verge of tears. Not a good day.

I am sorry you has sush a bad day ......we don't chouise when we are going to break dowen it just happenes ........please don't cur your self ...go see your doctor instead .....tell him how bad you are doing ..you might need your meds adjusted ....I had to get my meds adjusted several times .....it doesent mean ....you will have to stay on the higher dose for ever just for now to get you through this ..time ........I keep you in my prayers .....God bless
