both items of interest

I am doing two items of interest while I'm writing this entry. First, I'm here to say that as of 3p.m. yesterday,{June 29th}, I quit smoking. Yes, folks I did finally do it. I put it in my mind that I had to quit and with the help of Chantix and my friends and their prayers and encouragement from DS, I was able to do it. Thank you to everyone that encouraged me and prayed for me. I am here also to update my goal and to say that I am still taking my medication as prescribed. I hope there comes a day when it just comes naturally for me and I just automatically take it and not have to fret about it...lol. Anyway, those are two items of interest that I so much wanted to share with you, my friends.
