Boss is losing his mind...

No offense to the men on DS now.....
But all men this week are total a--holes,OMG!!!,my 72 yr old boss comes storming in about an hr ago and says he needs the reports,as I am in the middle of another project i said why its not friday, reports are due on friday(every friday) I am working on something else now,oh well stop that and bring me the reports...I hate stopping in the middle of a project it screws me all up,but because he is my boss i bring him the partial report for theweek,he looks at it and asks wheres the rest of it.....I just looked at him and asked him what day is it? he actually had to look at his calender to realize today is wed, oh well ok just make sure its done for friday,I had it after last nights fiasco with stbx, I told him look I have been here 15 yrs I think i know when reports are due thanks,and walked out of his office.....haven't heard a peep since..
I swear the man is losing his mind either alzheimers or something,because he has been doing the jekyll and hyde thing for about a yr now,I have talked to the owners on several different occasions about him,with absolutely no response or recourse....I love my co-workers but i think its time for me to look for another job,or for him to retire....
UGH!!! very discouraged now.....
