Bored To Tears
It is the second day I am home til I know if I have covid or simply something else. I was off Sunday. I am up and down. Went in the bedroom last night very early...propped up with pillows enough to breathe with and without the cpap. Now is just after 2 am and I am in the recliner. Sinuses are very congested but with effort can kinda breathe.
It's a catch 22. I need to Lysol and wipe things down, but have to watch as the lysol will burn my sinuses and throat if not careful. I do think I will take a nice hot steamy shower for about 85 hours. (LOL That will open things up. )

Just don’t get so bored that you put the news on. Hope the shower helps. I have been using a Neti pot that clears the sinuses well. All the pharmacies have them. Hope that this passes quickly.
I gave up the news a long time ago. Lol
I am actually feeling a bit better. Thinking I am probably negative and just wound up with a nasty sinus and chest deal.

If you have any hobbies like going for walks, or reading a good book, those are the kind of things that help me avoid being bored. If the weather is decent, I take my smart phone wth me and play an audio book that I downloaded previously. It helps me out alot.

wow and I was going to offer to come scrub your back for 85hrs....not now you are contagious.....sorry I hope you are in a mild case and not one who dies or has long lasting side effects....take care go to ER if you cannot breath....help is available....make sure to keep all people away from you and wear a mask

yeah i'm kind of with Bill.. i'd have offered to scrub your front while he got your back but my immune system is shot to hell so prolly not the best of ideas.. raincheck maybe? XD

Not good news Kim.. I have had.the vaccine through the VA however i know several people who have had it..Do what others have said and you should do well.

Veggiequeen, I had COVID and was hospitalized for a week. It sucks but a few of the biggest things are laying on your stomach (my sis is a Nurse and explained that opens up lungs to drain fluid) and make sure you keep an eye on O2. Praying everything comes out okay for you!
