boiling point

Raised my voice to J and he to me.  I guess things came to a head.  I guess it was good because we are both frustrated.  I ended up telling him that, although I seemed to be (and was) blaming his decisions on why he hurt his knee ~ I told him I think I'm just as plan frustrated about the situation ~ as he is.
Things have settled, the cable TV is back on, and his friend will be picking him up to go for coffee.  As long as he's back in time for his DR appointment...... 
I'm so exhausted but the coffee I had this morning won't let me rest. Pity party time.... LOL.
