~ Daisy For You ~
Today, I found a pretty little daisy
Hiding in the brush, I plucked it
And holding it gently
I wandered along...
The petals began falling
One by one,
And away they flew...
Slipping through the slit of time,
They flew and flew
Wafting softly
Whispering
And giggling
Spiraling up and down... I couldn't see them now
Up and away they disappeared
And I knew...
They had gone across the sea
Floating far across the sky,
Upon the winds of love,
 
 Taking from my hand a few
Tender Hugs, my kisses
And my prayers
Fluttering to the heart
Of you.
