Blood glucose is headed in the right direction

The metformin seems to help even out glucose over the day.
 
Also -- it is consistently lower.
 
A little each day.
 
Today -- I am eating well.  Today I have not had a drink and I am not hungover.  Today I am committed to the path of sobriety and the path of good living.
