Blizzard of 2018. winterstorm wild! pics, videos, inside the storm! Big warm hugs :)

WINTERSTORM, BLIZZARD!!! Thunder snow!!! heavy snow and winds!!! INTO THE STORM!!! oh my!!! A wild winterstorm!!!! Hi angel friends, oh my!!! oh wow!!! the force of nature!!! it's absolutely wild!!! out there today! my family and i hope and pray, that everyone and pets are ok, keeping warm, and safe. my family and i and our pets are all ok, warm, and safe here at home :) We're getting a blizzard here in New England. big winterstorm affecting many states. we had thunder snow. it's snowing heavily, winds. we're riding out the storm here at home. i made videos to share. during my 1st video, thunder snow!!! oh my!!! i was amazed by it! we've been thinking of everyone, and praying that everyone is safe, warm, and doing ok :) the heavy snow bands began to arrive in our area, around around 8:30am. i went outside to make a video, and was on the side of our house, when i heard the rumble of the thunder snow out there! absolutely wild!!! it's been snowing heavily all day. We're keeping as warm as we can be. We hope everyone's power is on, and that everyone is riding out the storm at home. We're keeping updated, from our local news, weather channel, and also from our state. white out conditions. They posted up the blizzard warning. the winds are fierce!!! the storm has hurricane strength. i put extra goodies outside, for our nature friends. i took pictures to share, and uploading my videos on youtube, and will include the links in my journal. my family and i are all hanging out together, checking in on family and friends :) Keep warm, and safe everyone. It's gonna be very brutal cold weather days in the days ahead, with windchills possibly -20 to -30 degrees. schools are closed tomorrow too. Hi angel friends! :) Big WARM caring friendship hugs, sent with our love :) my family and i are thinking of everyone, and we hope and pray, that everyone and pets are ok, keeping warm, and safe. my family and i are ok, we're keeping as warm as we can, safe, and riding out the storm here at home. it's a fierce winterstorm, blizzard. We hope everyone's power is on. we have power. Thank you angel friends, for checking in on my family and i, and for your warm well wishes, hugs, and prayers :) You all are very special, dear wonderful friends :) This morning, we heard the winds beginning to pick up, and the snow falling. it was errie out there this early morning, still a bit dark, the winds, and the snow beginning to fall. our local news was keeping us updated on the storm. Also about the very frigid cold air, approaching for the days ahead, including -20 to -40 windchills. we're in a deep freeze. we've been checking in on family and friends, making sure they are ok, and safe. There's been blizzard conditions. we've been monitoring the storm updats this week, as they mentioned the storm has power of a hurricane. We're all hanging in there, riding out this very fierce, and wild winterstorm. we've had to keep our kitchen water faucet on drip, so that it doesn't freeze. i've got some updates to share, including pictures, videos from inside the storm. it's storming, tons of snow out there. very fast falling snow. Lisa called domino's, they are remaining closed, Lisa and my dad home with us :) We're all keeping warm, and doing our best today, with this major winterstorm. lots of hot teas, soups, and keeping warm, and safe :)

This morning, with the new day rising and shining, i heard the winds picking up, and knew the storm was beginning to arrive. i'm wearing triple layers today, i got a big bowl of goodies, for our nature friends, and went outside. it was still a bit dark, and our sky, looked stormy. i heard a crackling of 2 tree branches, as the winds were picking up. i put lots of goodies in the bird sanctuary area of our yard, so that our nature friends could gather some goodies, before it began to get more stormy. i came indoors, and i made a nice hot tea with peppermint candy. the winds began to pick up, as the early morning was going on. WTNH, WFSB, weather channel on our tvs, keeping updated on the storm. We had a big windgust around 7:45am, it sounded very strong and fierce wind. our sky remained darkish color, almost like how it looks like, right before the sun rises up. i have my window blind open, and could see the trees branches blowing, and the wind howling. our govenor came on the news around 8am, to address the state. my family and i have been hanging out in our living room :) our pets are keeping warm :) We've been checking in on family, friends, and checking the news. we saw about some emergencies, rescues, and flooding going on in some areas, including Massachusetts coast.

STORM UPATES. INTO THE STORM! around 8:45am, they posted a BLIZZARD Warning here in New London, County here in Southeastern, CT. i went outside around 8:35am, to check in on the storm, and to make a video. i saw some birds in our backyard, gathering goodies :) i was making a video of the winterstorm, and was getting ready to walk around the side of our yard, to walk out front,and i heard it, THUNDER SNOW!!! it was off into the distance, it's very wild, and scary at the same time!!! i decided to walk closer over to our backdoor, and then back into our front yard. the heavy bands of snow were beginning to arrive in our area. that thunder snow was absolutely wild!!! the snow is falling so heavily!the visibility is bad, due to the snow and winds. here's links to the video i made of the winterstorm/blizzard today :)

Heavy snows into late morning, white out conditions! it got so snowy and windy, the visibility was bad. i went out two more times between 9:30am and 11am. gusty winds, snow piling up, snow drifts forming on our roof, and driveway. snow drifting left and right. it looks wild out my window, i've been taking pictures to share. i put more goodies outside. i've been seeing lots of birds in the bird sanctuary, they're gathering the cookies :) i prepared some cabbage soup :) nice hot soup on a blizzard day. the snowplows have been in our neighborhood, and area. our govenor talked to the state around mid-day, and mentioned about the communication between the new england states. they closed schools for tomorrow too.

Afternoon. The winds, and snow continued to flow very fast, and heavy this afternoon. we had 1 wind gust, that was so severe, it was wild, and i said, "Whoa!!!". i made a 3rd video this mid-afternoon. :)

We're having a nice day, keeping warm, safe, and updated on the storms latest news. my family and i are ok, and in great spirits :) We're keeping everyone in our thoughts, and prayers, wishing everyone warmth,and safety. The winds have been very severe, fierce, and heavy snow. We've got our power on,we're so glad, and thankful. We're having hot drinks, keeping warm. We're so hopeful, for the winds to ease up. it's gonna be very cold, in the upcoming days, including -20 windchills. We're keeping as warm as we can, and hoping everyone has warmth. We're planning a fun baking friday adventure for tomorrow. :) we have some baking supplies, and ready to bake :) We look forward to sharing our baking friday adventures with everyone :) Holly and i are going to watch some youtube videos tonight :) it's gonna be a very cold, windy night. i'll keep everyone updated on how things are going, with the winterstorm. BLIZZARD of 2018! It's a fierce winterstorm. we've had heavy snow, and winds, all day. it's supposed to ease between 6pm and 9pm, and followed by very arctic frigid cold temperatures. my family, and i, and our pets are all ok, and home, keeping warm. i went outside some times, to take some pictures, and made some videos. We hope everyone, pets, are all doing ok, and keeping warm and safe. it's a big winterstorm. the force of nature, is absolutely wild. we hope everyone's power is on.
