Blizzard here. we're all ok, safe. early morning updates, tons of snow, wind
Good morning angel friends :) my family, Holly, and i hope and pray, that everyone is doing ok, and are safe, and keeping warm, thru the winterstorm. thank you angel friends for your comforting prayers, and warm well wishes. We're all ok, and keeping warm and safe. the blizzard is fierce, very heavy snow and winds. it's absolutely wild out there. i want to post this journal early, just incase power goes out. there's sirens, fire department and emergency services around our area, there's so much snow out there, the snow is up to my waist. there's blizzard and white out conditions currently in our area. we've recieved 15 inches of snow already, and the blizzard warning is until about 6pm this evening. there's heavy snow bands in our area, that began very heavily around 2am in the morning. i went outside very briefly this morning, the snow is up to my waist in our front and backyard. i took some pictures, it's very low visibility in our area. i wasn't outside for long, i cleared snow that was covering our downstairs windows. i used a sweeper/broom. with 15 inches and is expected to snow most of the day, it may reach 2 feet of snow here. We're all hanging in there, we're very thankful our power is on. We're thinking of friends, and everyone, being impacted by the blizzard. our friend Jean (JeanCarlin) texted me this morning, they are recieving the blizzard in Philadelphia too. she and her family are ok, and safe. she sends her love to everyone. she said her power is on. she was unable to sign into DS this morning. We're keeping updated from family, friends, and checking in on everyone. keep safe and warm everyone. Tiger girl is hanging out with Holly and i here in our living room, and my mom is awake upstairs :) we made some hot tea, and gonna have our breakfast :) It's amazing how much snow is out there, i took a few pictures here to share. if our power remains on, i'll post another journal update this early evening. Thank you angel friends, for being here for us, and for your comforting well wishes for us all to be safe, and warm. Blizzard of 2026 pictures, it's wild stormy out there! the snow is up to my waist, and there's gusty winds. sirens blaring all around our area. we hope and pray, that everyone is ok, and safe. our local weather person said we are most likely gonna be up to 20 to 24 inches of snow here.

There's a power line dangling across the road from us. we might lose power

Thank you angel friends :) we're up to over 19 inches of snowfall here, very gusty winds. we're only 20 minutes from the ocean, we're having some heavy gusty winds. the snow bands are in the heavy area currently in our area. our power is thankfully on, they are gonna need to fix the line across the road, it's dangling low from the snow and winds. we're all doing ok, and all of our family are safe. my brother Bobby drives a plow, and is keeping my mom updated. this is a huge storm. keep safe and warm everyone <3
Holy COW! that is a LOT of snow. It's been a long time since I've had to see that. Not since 2010 when we got 2 big storms and it was called Snowmeggadon. Stay save and warm.
