I can't sleep. My legs hurt so much, and my arms feel so heavy. It feels like someone gave me a beating. And to top it off I'm really stiff, as if I was stuffed in a tiny box for several hours and let out, and I can't move. It's so frustrating, my mind is so tired but my body hurts so much that I can't rest, which is strange becuase I can usually sleep just fine. And I'm so cold. I think it's because of the sudden weather change. It was a full on spring day about twelve hours ago, and now it's feezing and there's a fresh blanket of snow. Maybe someone out there said, you know what, let's ruin easter for this girl, just for poops and giggles. I can feel my anxiety rising too, a strange sour feeling that comes up my throat. And it feel like my heart is crying. My mind is racing. I'm just worried about my health, I know it's the fibro but the possibility that it might be something worse always makes me think the worst. And I'm supposed to help out a few people tomorrow for easter, even though I'm not much into easter, but I don't want to let them down. I'm tired of telling people "I'm sorry, I can't, I'm in too much pain today". I bet they get tired of hearing it too. And I felt good for so long. I hope I feel better soon, or I'll just suck it up and do what I have to do tomorrow. .....

Hi Adara: Thank you for sharing. I know how you feel when you say you feel bad when you are sick and you want to help others. It is frustrating. Just know, you are not alone. I hope your day is filled with peace and joy and that you are feeling better. Love, Susie
I\'m sorry to hear you aren\'t feeling well, although I\'ve learned that there is nothing wrong with admitting you are not at your best, I can understand and agree that it feels awful to let others down because of something you can\'t control. And I am really sorry to hear about your cold weather and snow... I\'ve never been real good with dealing with cold weather, it always brings me down.
Thanks so much, your support does make me feel better about all of this.
