bladder treatment brought on an episode

I went to the urologist and had the instillation treatment yesterday.   I immediately felt my legs go numb.  I had a lot of pain when the catheter was inserted and removed. Well, I guess the pain was there the whole time.   The doc injected lidocain to help ease the pain.  However, that didn't make the outside muscles of the bladder feel any better.  The muscles contracted and caused a lot of pain. I can't take pain meds as they make me sick. I just went home and rested.
Today I have foot drop and weak, tingly, painful right leg and arm.  I have myoclonus and balance issues.  I was feeling so good lately that  I thought maybe I was over all of this. Wishful thinking I guess.  I had so much pain while I was driving in to work today it made me think it might be a good idea not to drive when I have these "flares".   I just need to get in to the new neuro and find out what this is!
