Yes, due to my spinal stenosis being so bad. Myrebetriq DOES Help me a lot but i also at times have to catherize at home too. It can be from not emptying your bladder or a UTI. My bladder is affected by my spinal stenosis and i have to wear bladder pads all the time now. I also really needs surgery bad for my spinal stenosis and it was scheduled then the Surgeon cancelled it 3 days before after i did all the pre op stuff due to he wants me to lose weight first when i can hardly walk. Seeing a urologist helps a lot and they can also bladder scan you to make sure you empty! If i dont you will have to go all the time.
I was put on something called Betmiga, I think it's miregron...helps my bladder only need to empty every few hours, as opposed to a constant dribble. They did a test on my bladder in the hospital and, even though I try to empty completely I am not able to. As it sounds like you're pretty mobile, use incontinence pads. I am pretty wary of catherizing myself.
