Birthday Preperations.
Well, today is Chris' birthday and yesterday I had a lot of stuff I needed to do to get ready for today. We're going over to my Sister's house for the actual party but he wanted the usual Italian feast. Zuppa Toscana, fettuccine Alfredo and stuffed shells.
I made the filling for the shells but I added hamburger that I seasoned with Italian spices, otherwise it's just way too much cheese. Chris helped me stuff them and prepare the chili dip appetizer that he requested. I chopped the onion and Chris put all the stuff we'll need in bags so I don't forget anything.
Of course, I forgot to get bacon because I thought I had some in the freezer. Oh well, I need to pick some up tomorrow on the way to my sister's place. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to go to the store early and pick up a dozen donuts and little candle for him or if I want to do that on the way to the sister's as well.
Anyways, it's going to be a lot of fun. Just made Jell-o shots with Ashley, so we're anxious to see how they turned out. Up this early because a skunk has been coming around at night and peeeeeeeeeeeeeuuu!
