Bipolar set backs

Well, not too long ago, around the new year.... I was doing really well. I did some hypnotherapy that was life changing, and I decided to better myself. So I started to get up early (I was used to sleeping in) and drinking coffee, and going to the gym and working out more than usual, soon I was meditating (still am) everyday, making art. I was in a great routine and I was kicking butt! But then I got a bad cold that lasted a week and a half or so and I couldn't go to the gym much... but continued to wake up early, which was good. I even drove out of state to hang with my friend and her beau (though I felt terrible).... But I got better! For... a couple days.... Then I got sick again... ANOTHER and different bad cold. This one wiped me out. I allowed myself to sleep in, I couldn't go to the gym at all, and I couldn't do art because I was tearing and sneezing back to back all the time. It was awful.... Well today was the first day I was better!
Yesterday and today I felt down, low in mood.... I worked on my pointillism... which was good... I went for a walk on the beach in the sun and the wind... that was good... but I'm not so energetic. I'm also not drinking coffee, or waking up early. I have been meditating daily.. which is good... but I'm not as confident and driven to work out and have more muscle and less fat on my body. I was also counting calories but I learned from my sister that the program I was going through had it so I only ate 1200 calories and I was eating less than that and she said I need to be eating 1600-2000 calories or I'd be starving myself and gaining weight rapidly, which I felt like I was staying at the same weight or gaining weight when I was doing everything to change that.

I think if I woke up early tomorrow, drank a cup of coffee, and went to the gym, my mood would be better and I would be back in the swing of things.

Okay, good. I'm glad I wrote this entry.
