Big Plan Change-in Effect Today
I Started Prozac this AM. 5mg. Took it with a Zantac and Banana. This was after 16 days off Effexor. Still actually feeling a little bit of the withdrawals from Effexor but hopefully the prozac will help with that.
My anxiety is just thru the roof, so is my insomnia. I slept six hours last night, after not sleeping at all the night before. I'm taking Temazapan for sleep but have developed a tolerance already for it, as it takes me 45-60mg to get to sleep on it.
I can't wait to see this new Psychiatrist, but he can't get me in until OCTOBER 27th, unless he has a cancellation! That seems like forever away.
Then, I fired my councilor this morning. I talked to him last night for a while. He is out of network and costing me way to much to go to. Plus he is not into me taking meds, when I feel like they can help me, and my case is a little too gnarley to go it alone.
We got in a ten minute argument about insurance BS. Some other lame stuff happened, like he was on my EAP program, and when I went to cash in on my five free sessions, he canceled his contract with them!!! SKETCHY!
So I looked in my network, and I'm going to see a therapist I've seen before, she cost's me $20 and thats it. I got a lot of tools for calming down from my old councilor and I do really like him, I just can't afford $775 a month.
So I started my 5 prozac today. took it about 90 minutes ago and still feel the same. so tired from lack of sleep and tons of sleeping pills, anxious, depressed. I'm just so tired of feeling this way.
