Big Bed
I don't know how you fancy people sleep in those big beds. Vickie came by this afternoon to bring her daughter's old mattress and box springs. My gosh they're big! The mattress has that fancy padding on both sides and is at least twice as tall as my old set. And she brought some feather pillows, too. Gonna have to get a step ladder so Foxy can get up there! The pillows are nice, but too soft, so I'll use my old ones. A friend of hers used his truck and trailer to bring them down and repaired the frame. Gonna take some getting used to sleeping so high up. Just hope I don't fall off tonight. It's been good all day. While we were taking the old stuff out, Vickie found $15 under the bed! That won't hurt. Should have known it was going to be a good day. The laundromat guy opened just 5 minutes after I got there. About an hour early so that helped and started the day off right. Maybe things are turning around.

My hubby and i got a new bed months ago and it\'s so high that every time i got up in the morning i\'d cry out \"i\'m Queen of the world!\" and then have to slide off because my feet dangle off the side. I\'ve figured out how to get in it.... i put one leg up and then kind of roll into the bed, lol. I know it will take some getting used to, but i\'m sure you\'ll like it in the end. If that $15.00 is Canadian, then it\'s mine for sure, lol. Hugs and kisses, Deb :o)
