BI-POLARS BEHAVING BADLY
Well, lets' just say that yesterday's experience was very educational. I now understand my dad and my brother a whole lot better. I can't be mad at these people. I can only feel for them. You can't be mad at someone that can't control themselves.
I have worked very hard to overcome my illness. And yes, it is work. Having seizures and losing 35% on my brain is minor compaired to the emotional trama. The Lord has blessed me.
I have a loving husband that makes me laugh everyday, even on my 'bad' days. I have a beautiful, daughter that is the best mom I know.
I hope the BP group can learn to work on their problems and learn to trust God. They can make fun of my faith, that is nothing. I have it; and I wish they did. I hurt for them. I remember what it was like when I didnt know what was real and what wasn't and who to trust and who not to. It was a horrible life and I refuse to go back there. They think I don't care. They think I don't understand. Maybe I don't. I am willing to admit that maybe I don't see things the way they do. But, I do care.
I guess they werent the only ones behaving badly.
Sigh

Yes, the bp forum has been an education for me too - not even about them, but how God expects me to respond. It is a learning process. that I hope God uses to not just transform me, but bring more into the Kingdom.
We are all responsible for our own behavior.. things can get out of control at times granted... there are many very good people on the BP board... sometimes it\'s the presentation that triggers negative responses..I like to think we can all be good to one another on the same level..not me against them or them and me.. we are all Gods children... we are equal .... and I see you do care...Jan..x
JD,
I know there are good people everywhere. And sometimes some one just rubs ya the wrong way. I think I did that without intending to. I regret my own actions in the forementioned event. I could have just said nothing. I left the board so there will be no further hurt feelings on anyone\'s side. I am in control of myself and should know better. Illness is illness. There have been times more recently than I like to think that I have lost complete control and reasonable thought. Oh the shame...
I have hurt those that mean the most to me. When I see so many lashing out on the board, I guess it reminded me of my own lack of control at times and my anger at myself rolled over to them. I hope they will be happy and content.
Jenn
Thanks for the encouraging words.
Isn\'t it wonderful to have our faith! AMEN
