Beyond Stressed

In the last few weeks a TRO (stalking) was put on me, and the court date is next week. Everything committed form the Plaintiff is false, and I have the proof to back it up....even the fact that perjury was done. Anyways, I know I have a strong case; however, as it gets closer to that time, I am feeling more stressed out, and I take it out on everyone (mainly hubby). The judge may or may not listen to me, and I have a criminal charge follow me the rest of my life for doing nothing wrong. This all started when I reported an ex-friend for abuse and neglect as a mandated reporter, and now she is retaliating against me for doing the right thing. Also, I think I am having bouts of depression because in the last 24 hours I felt the need to interact with others, and to stay out of my house as much as possible. What helped was getting out and interacting as well as hitting a punching bag with the karate moves I know from class. Can anyone give me ideas on how to prepare mentally for this? I'm going to be going against the lawyer next week when I cannot afford one. Thank you.
