Better today......

Well, I woke up feeling less fragile. The initial anxiety has gone but as I stood there and made breakfast, I could feel it creeping in. Right! I took a tablet and thought "deal with it". Stop trying to be strong and just deal with it for goodness sake. So as a result, I feel better.
I'm going for a walk today. After yesterday, I feel tired but a walk in the fresh air will do me good and get me back on the recovery plan after yesterday's debacle.

I wish all my friends recovery and love.
Thank you for your support

Well. I will say that I have not totally beaten the nicotine habit. I chew sometimes and enjoy a cigar now and again. I just don\'t take it into my lungs which is evident with my increased aerobic ability and lung function and also O2 saturation rate. I am planning to dis all nicotine products soon becuase quite frankly I get disgusted when I see other people smoke. My cigars are more of an after taste after a meal or such. Chewing tobacco pouches also supplies a nicotine like high with the after taste, but the best avenue is cinnammon bark and stop smoking classes. You can partner up with like people who are also struggling to cease.

Best Regards,

Just Joe
