Better Days
7-27-09I am missing Boyd, but am getting through the day and gettting things done. I guess I'm still here for a reason and I need to find what that is. For now I guess it's just to be here for our sons and to keep things going. I'm knitting again and that makes me happy. My middle son wants to read the Bible with me each day and that has been encouraging. I'm also reading widow to widow and that is helping me a lot. I am even dealing with insurance companies and not crying any more. So life is continuing abeit with a hugh hole in my heart. I think I just might make it. Praise God!!

I know how you must be feeling. I am having a hard time dealing with my husbands death. I find it difficult to continue everyday and I just want to crawl in bed or hide in the smallest space available to no longer feel this pain. I don\'t want to face reality that my husband is gone. I miss him so much and I cannot continue without him.
I\'m sorry I haven\'t been around much but I have been reading your entries and i have been praying for you. I am sorry about your loss but glad to hear that my prayers for God to comfort you and give you strength are being answered. Give yourself lots of room to grieve when you need to, your tears are going to come and go and it\'s going to take along time to adjust.
It\'s a great blessing to have someone who loved you so much that you now miss. I lost a really dear friend in 2001, she was my Christian Mom. I still miss her but I don\'t cry as much anymore.
Ever read \"Won\'t Let Go Unless You Bless Me\" by Andree Seu? She writes for World magazine, lives outside of Philly and became a widow a few years ago.
