beta numbers
yesterday i found out that my first beta number from friday was 47. . . within normal range, but not very high. i was 11dp5dt.
you can find anything on the internet to scare or comfort you. . . i read somewhere that a low number can mean chemical pregnancy (which nurse confirmed was possible). then i read that IVF 5 day transfer can produce lower beta numbers at first.
i took another beta yesterday and am waiting on results (hopefully today).
i don't think i slept at all last night . . .

From what I\'ve read and my RE told me, as long as your number is doubling/tripling every 2-3 days it should be fine. With chemical pregnancies you would have gone from the 47 to like 60 (for example) in two days. Your number tripled!!!!!! Just as it should.
The internet is a scary thing....try not to stress yourself out. Wait for your next number....which I\'m sure will be great!
Don\'t forget to post your next next number when you get the result! If you are still concerned make an appointment with your RE.
thanks laurie . . . i am ok now. the second beta made me feel a lot better. i\'m trying to stay away from searching the internet at all! ;-)
