David's is proud of its tallow broths, based on beef fat, but I went for less unctuous oxtail. Whichever you choose, waiters will top it up from kettles as necessary. Your broth will get more spicy as it bubbles away, dinner near me sort of like a dragon in a lair being niggled and poked until it erupts in a fiery roar. The branding for Dragon Hot Pot had to be bold and fresh, whilst maintaining its traditional roots .We found inspiration in visuals of traditional Sichuan restaurants and paintings. A hit from the comparatively light southern Chinese noodlesphere, the house rice noodle soup here comes with crisp pork belly, poached beef, pig stomach, pickled green beans, and boiled peanuts. The venues are therefore offering TWO time honoured methods of cooking, stir-fry dry pot and traditional hot pot under the one roof. “Revising the signature broth was our way of ensuring that the Malatang can be savoured by everyone! Whilst many of our customers wanted to drink the spicy soup base, the traditional Sichuan flavours made it too oily for some, as it is traditionally used for flavour and not drinking.
