We have two separate fine wine distribution companies with their own sales and marketing teams and wine portfolios. They are called red+white and Mezzanine The Fine Wine Specialist. The two spaces will share a wine list, but Chayse is flipping the script and selecting 30 or so mostly Victorian bottles with the bottle shop in mind first.
We apply a bespoke, finely calibrated approach to fine wine distribution. We haven’t necessarily followed the path of the traditional distributor; we have forged our own way. Our essence of not being just another liquor store but rather "aficionados of good value liquor whether tried and true or new and emerging" will continue from our bricks and mortar store in Perth to our new online store.
Well, people might not actually say that – but they should. Its name is a tribute to the parent vine from which all of the world's wine grapes originated, and its shopfront is stocked with a sprawling curation of interesting bottles from across the globe.
