Benzos

Well it took from Superbowl Sunday 2015 until Sept. of 2017 but I'm to write that I took my last benzo 8/31/2017. Almost exactly 2.5 years to rid myself of that curse. One of the hardest things I've ever done. I never had a panic attack in my life until I started weaning myself off clonazepam. Had my last "wake up from a sound sleep" panic attack about two months AFTER I took my last mini dose. 

Tried the coldturkey method after my recently "former doc" couldn't manage to fill the script for about two weeks. Seventy two hour nightmare.
