Being Sober Means Being Happy
I have been clean and sober for 19 days now and also have been bless with the change in my life style and the way I am thinking. I have also prayed many times during the day and thanking my god for his love and direction. I have found life a lot easy to live under simple rules. The drug made my life so complicated and now it's simple. I understand there will be bumps along the way however I know that it can be an easy journey as long as I stay on the path of my journey. I have no urges or desires to the drug/devil. Thank you god for your Love!!!!

I am really ejoying life more. What a great meeting that I attended last evening. The support there is second to none. One thing is for sure is that staying positive really helps you get through the day and again helps staying sober. I had a financial situation that I am have to deal with and I am sure that every thing will turn out ok and there is no reason to dwell on it.
Another day of being sober!!!! Yahoo!!!!!!! The weekend is here and I am looking foward to continue the journey that god has set forth for me. I am so thankful for having him in my life and the support that others also provide. Thank you lord for bringing all these special people into my life. It\'s great to give back to others that have given me so much. Talking and sharing are so important that I have such a warm comfort feeling deep inside because of the special people that god has aligned me with. A great big thanks to all of you!!!!!!!!
I am very thankful for the new life that my Higher Power has granted me. I truely believe that in order to recover you must be willing to accept help from someone great than you. I had a great weekend with the serenity that was felt. I had a normal dinner and conversation with some one that I have hurted the last 3 years. It feels so great living the moment and not the future or the past. As each day goes by my choice in life becomes easier. I also realize there are certain things I can not change and god will do whats neccessary to make those changes. My attitude towards others are so different. My job performance has improved and being in management I see that I can be patient and not fret over the little things. What a great feeling it is to be sober. I start my days with a prayer and end it with a prayer. I love expressing my experience with others and hopefully they will be able to see a little insight how a addict mind works.
I have a NA meeting to attend tonight and I really feel this has helped me so much in my recovery.
