Being put on top!!

I feel that people do appreciate me for who i am, even though I lack self-trust. I try not to underestimate myself but I cannot.
Well, I am so happy today. I managed or succeeded in motivating a company of people in something noble: sports.
They all want to appoint me as coach now, I not as confident enough if I'll be able to pull that role but if they trust me and are encouraging me that much, let's give it a try.
I will have to plan now. The first step in attracting as much people has been successful and that much is motivational in itself.
My second step is to guide them and organize events to motivate them and thus keeping interest in the game.
I really hope I do come out with flying colors in whatever I am doing and wan to do for my company's people. :)
