Being Diagnosed with Addison's Disease and Diabetes Type 1

In February of this year I was diagnosed with a combination of Diabetes Type 1 (insulin dependent) and Primary Adrenal Insufficiency (Addison's Disease). On my mothers birthday i didn't feel too well. Later that day I had a seizure while sleeping. My mother found me and rang an ambulance. When I arrived in A and E the doctors ran tests and sent me for a brain scan to see if the cause of the seizure was a bleed on my brain. When that came back clear the doctors were dumbfounded and didn't know what the problem was. A doctor on call pieced together my symptoms and told my parents that she thought I might have Addison's disease. When I was stable they ran tests and found what I had.
