Beginning again
Well, getting back on track with food and exercise. Just got off track for months. I was SO hungry last night while watching tv. I kept asking myself if it was really hunger or just boredom or habit. I cannot really answer that question. So I had a Dole fruit cup. it helped a little. Calories overall were good yesterday. I am back on Fitday program. Got in over 11,000 steps yesterday. Did not get out for that walk with the dog. It rained last night. But she is all fluffy and smells nice from her bath and grooming yesterday. Have to focus more on water and more veggies and fruits and less carbs I think. That will be hard for me since I am such a carb-a-holic. Got a little extra sleep this weekend which helped.
Food today so far is good and trying to get some water down. Ate a Fiber One cereal bar for breakfast and some nonfat yogurt and 99% fat free minestrone soup for lunch. 2 cups of coffee this AM. Clueless as to what we are doing for dinner. Maybe I will eat a Lean Cuisine. I want to go to Health Circle tonight at the Y and hop on the treadmill.
Work is just stressful and bad. The word "overhwelmed" just doesn't seem to come close anymore. new fire late Friday and 2 new ones today. Just not enough time in the day to get this all done. Praying for things to slow down.

Sounds like you have been super busy. Glad your back on track and getting those steps in. That Zumba class sounds cool. Bet Kona loves the walks as well. Jimmy came home and Diesel was just crazy - he really missed him. I wonder sometimes if I should buy snacks and include them in my daily cals to that way I don\'t feel like I\'m missing out. I was doing so good and then ..... Sounds like Fitday helps and the Wii Walk it Out! Sorry it rained - sure you were ready to get out for some fresh air. My big thing is water also, trying to drink at least 60 (3 bottles of 20 oz). I\'ve been so bad with water, too much dietp pepsi. I have been running but food out of control. Wish I could help! Thanks for checking out the pics on fb and always cheering me on. Your a great pal. I read all your last journals just posted on this one though. Oh, the lawnmower, it\'s nuts, happens to my husband then finally he started to buy brand new stuff cuz was tired of working on the stuff. It\'s time! Grass service would be nice, we have to much yard for that, ha ha. Have a great day, your doing awesome, keep it up and let\'s not let stress let us turn to food!
Wow you have been real active...Wii, zumba and cleaning house...No wonder you are a bit hungry. You came back from vacation determined! I would opt for the new lawn mower...it will give Paul something to do! LOL
I think it\'s fantastic you are back on track and 11,000 steps-wow! I always have the same issue on whether I\'m\' really hungry or not. It\'s frustrating, but lately I have been trying to read or I just go to bed! Haha! Hope things slow down for you soon!
Craziness with work and the stress over that just is one obstacle being thrown in your way. See it as a test of your resolve...face it, work on what you need to work on concerning it, and move it aside out of your way! Here comes Yvette...ready to kick butt and take names!
You are doing a GREAT job of keeping your food in check despite the work stress! Go Yvette Go!
Love ya!
Sounds like you came back from vacation with a plan and you are sticking to it.
keep up the good work.
Isn\'t is great when you get everything in order and everyone isn\'t underfoot!
Hope you get a nice lawnmower.
