Been Here Before
Well Hello,
I belonged in the DS site some time agoand made some good friends while here then left it for a number of personal reasons..and moving home.
I am back now though and happy to be here meeting up again with a lovely lady who I became good friends with.
My main reason being back in here is to be a happier person than I was when here before.I have done this and am indeed a happier person at this moment in time.
I still have the IBS problem ..and although I got rid of the Anxiety ..that has made it`s return,I now have Hemorrhoids ...which I find a bit difficult to accept and cope with ....
for these I am using a herbal remedy called Hemorrhoid Care product,it says it can erradicate them altogether, but seeing I have only used it for the past 2 weeks I cannot say yet whether or not it does erradicate them or not ...but it does seem to be a help.
I had a very bad fall last July while away from home,which has left me with back pain .. and 5 weeks ago I did something to my ankle {dont know what}but I have been unable to walk properly without pain/discomfort..until last week ..happily it is now getting better and I am able to walk much better now .
I did see a chiropractor about my back last year and he said same as me it was the muscles that are causing the severe pain I had at that time,I am very much into complimentary therapies though and use complimentary remedies,and a back massage machine .. I was also diagnosed 2 years ago with high blood pressure which I was given tablets for .. but I also use the Resparate ...which is a machine which helps you to lower blood pressure without drugs..and it does ..so hopefully my Dr will take me off the orescribed drugs {he knows how I feel about them }and he is also well qualified with complimentary remedies as well as the orthodox medicines.
Anyway,I am a happier person than I was ...that has to be a good thing ...so this is my journal to date ...
