The last couple days I really have realized that my hubby is never comming home. My family hasnt talk to me since friday ( that was my mom). I really thought family is suppose to stick together in bad times.I am glad I can come here and vent about how crapy my life is now .I am also glad I have two friends that I can vent to even tho they havent been though this . Thank goodness Chris had all those kids so I can have help from them.

It is hard to deal with, been realizing it to that Brian is really gone. Part of me is dealing with the nothing to do since I had been so busy taking care of him with the cancer and now I have nothing. My dad hasn\'t called me only once since the funeral almost 3 weeks ago but I was at work and he left a voicemail. He did say at the funeral he didn\'t know what to say to me. I think alot of people feel that way so some don\'t even bring it up. I do have a good friend from work that held my hand at the funeral, she texts me every evening to see how I am. Thankful for her. Before Brian passed I really wanted to go back to school for nursing. Now I\'m not sure what I want. It\'s like I have a new life and I am just trying to figure out who I am now and trying to just get through the day.
Hugs Julie
Oh my sweet, you have every right to be sad, cry, and vent. We have been there and totally understand. If there is anything you need it is taking care of yourself now. I am so very sorry for your loss. Sharon
Hi P
Julie,
I totally understand how you feel and the pain your in. Its all so surreal and then reality sets in and its scary and so sad and all the other feelings that go with it.
I too nursed my husband with cancer and at the beginning everyone is there to support you and then everyone starts getting back to their normal life and thats when we need them most.
Its hard on the family. I know my two girls just want to fix it but there is nothing anyone can say or do. They don\'t\' understand because they haven\'t been through the loss of a spouse and they are trying to deal with lossing their dad. It all seems such a mess doesn\'t it.. I know Im guilty of the same thing because I never realized the pain of losing a spouse.
Im here if you want to vent Julie. I haven\'t been on for a couple of weeks because I was in such pain that I locked myself away for a couple of weeks and just cryed but I know I have to pick myself up and get on with it but the grief comes out of no-where. Fine one minute then falling apart the next. Its all so sad and scary of the thought of having to move on. Just don\'t know what to do with myself.
Keep in touch Julie and know that Im here and understand.
Hope you can get some peace.
