Do you keep a mood journal? You can use a calendar from the dollar store or even make one yourself. Then you just write down how your day was. Make up a code (1 is great, 5 is OK, and 10 is awful depression) or simply make smiley faces. The most important part is that you include physical effects like stomach ache, head ache or back pain. Keep track of how many hours you sleep. This is something your GF might want to help you do.Then you bring it with you to the P-doc (psychiatrist) so the doctor can get a better idea of what you are experiencing.
