Beautiful day in the Neighborhood.

great day. a lot of things accomplished before the meeting / at the meeting / and then set my timer and cleaned the hallway... wiped down walls, took pics off and wiped them down, moved the hutch and cleaned it.... I'm in Zone 2. And i get to count that hour on my exercise list.... i do ... i don't know about others.

boiled some eggs and had chef's salad for supper... 

and then hubby and i walked for thirty minutes at the park. the park is so nice. it's a little humid but the weather has been beautiful in the evenings. i love the gravel trails at the park. 

great time with friends today at the meeting and eating afterwards.... i have very fun friends.
