Beast Coast Nutrition//life with father by clarence day jr//saw b and a
i'm eating "beast coast" nutrition at the moment. dinner is $8 or breakfast for $3.
went to the dealership after the doctor and they had tasters and fresh coffee. never expected that at all. can also order these delivered. nutritionally balanced and 500 calories each. this dinner is teriyaki chicken with brown rice and snow peas. excellent. the guy says they are cooked at home and delivered to businesses and people. great idea. we had something like this in greater delaware/phili in '99 that was supposed to be gluten free. n's mother used to order them. also good. nice when someone cooks for you and all you do is heat it up.
totally unexpected afternoon. was in pain most of the day actually, the impending rain brought it on. spent the afternoon reading life with father, by clarence day, jr. now i want to get his biography written by his daughter wendy day (veevers-carter) who died in 1995. she is interesting as well. what a cool family. she raised her kids on an island and then sent them to boarding school at the proper age, then there is a list of famous people (mostly in england) raised this way. wendy wrote about island living in the Seychelles.
there is a movie called life with father (1947) that is a favorite of mine. life with father, the book was published in 1935 same year clarence day jr died.
the doctor was good. his chiro care is excellent. much more gentle than the woman who does traditional chiro. this guy uses a thing called rapid release, II (it vibrates) and an activator. he doesn't hurt you at all. still in pain though. all that back stuff as well as our joints is affected by the weather. he also did foot and hand adjustments.
then headed north. b was here today. he finally received a response for a decent job. he had to wait six months and guesses it will be another few months to actually get into it and that is IF he passes the test. discovered that in florida and mississippi "middle class" is $23,000 and up and "upper class" is $66,000 and up. what a difference. it goes by what the amount buys you where ever you are living. for the same items in maryland, new york city, or los angeles, good luck living normal. wow! but everything pays more in those places to make up for everything else which also costs more: the taxes are more and for a puny little house you will pay a fortune because the land is worth more. isn't all that stress painful? seriously. montana is where you get the most land and house for your money.
a was also by and they lost the bid for the house. he also no longer qualifies for it because it can only go to an fha person or a cash person. so back to looking for something else.
