Be helpful or begone

The entire Medicare/nursing home system seems designed to rob elderly people of all that they own.
The school administration assigns job titles like "case manager" and "child advocate" to people who seem to hold the interests of the school over the interests of the child.
I have to do battle with both tomorrow. Have to get them to see sense and stop being such total asses and actually do their jobs, as designed, rather than trying to FUCK the people they are supposed to be helping.
