Be Daring, its rewarding(Don't fear the reaper)
Food fears are something to get over, it will expand your horizons in ways you can't believe. I still have never eaten Cow Brains(I hear they are like scrambled eggs), Cow Tounge(I don't like the idea of something that can taste me back), or Rocky Mountain Oysters(I wonder if you know what those are?). I used to not like Garbonzo Beans, they taste like peanut butter and have the texture of wax(I think that Chick Peas, Garbonzo Beans, are legumes like peanuts). I wonder what is the craziest thing I have ever had? One time we had Alaskan Spot Prawns, the males and the females carry eggs on them because you never know when another Spot Prawn is going to be around to mate with. My Chef made a caviar sauce with them. I used to work at this restaurant called The Rex. Origonally it was opened by Bufallo Bill Cody's chef, Alfred Heimer, when he retired from the Wild West Show. He built The Rex Hotel in 1910(he died in 1920 and Cody died in 1917). The owner of The Rex now is Gene, Gene was Clint Eastwood's golf caddy in the 70's. He bought The Rex with a loan from Clint. Clint came to visit years ago, he had the Ostritch Tenderloin. The tenderloin in the only good cut on the whole bird, maybe you can stew the rest. I don't think I have ever had Tripe either or Haggis, I wonder if you know what those are? Keep yourself excited by having something you have never had before, eventually you may run out of new things to try, that is why Sushimi is my favorite.
