If you want to get fancy, you can cut a hold in the bottom of the box, large enough for someone to put their head into the box . You will have to find a way to hide the rest of your body under a table etc... But, hauling to a sawyer is going to cost and the sawyer doesn’t work for free.

I agree that if one is not using dust collection, then cordless makes much more sense. But like I said, dust collection is one of the amazing features of a track saw, so I don’t know why you wouldn’t, even when working outside. Dust collection saves the lungs, and in many cases I imagine even outdoor jobsites would benefit from less sawdust mess (e.g., customer driveway). Additionally, sawdust in the face is simply unpleasant. – There is a black sliding “switch” between the handle and the blade guard. When moved into the forward position, it keeps the tool from plunging beyond the predetermined depth for a scoring cut.
And they were painting with whiteboard paint, which can contains metal flakes to make it magnetic. And there was just these little droplets around this piece of plywood. And if the blade happened to touch one of those droplets, it would go that took us so long to figure it out like $300 later.

I just can’t wrap my head around how a dedicated tracksaw setup is preferred to the versatility of a circular saw. Not trying to discount it, just looking to learn.

The excess light (40%) getting through will reflect off the camera and or area around the camera. 40% of that reflection will return back through the mirror and may be seen from the mirror side . To avoid this situation, do not place anything directly against the back of the mirror and do not have any white dry-wall or shiny objects that will reflect a lot of light back through the mirror. We have seen this problem when there was a bright light directly beside the mirror, which made so much light go through the mirror that the 40% returning was enough to expose the camera.
