Sounds good, I buy the soy powder (all natural) and throw it in with juice and different fruits. I also use it to make some soups with just hot water fresh tomatoes black beens, corn etc. and soy powder. It is soooo good for you and makes for a good treat if you get a sweet tooth or something grab for one of these much better for you. I always have a variety of fresh fruit & veggies here throwing them together into a juicer you never know what you will get but it is always good.
Sounds really good! soups are so easy and tasty and warm and good for you!
I love the juicer too! Do you go to the farmers markets in Wa? I saw the Pike market on PBS, they say its the best open air market in the country. My sister goes to the University District Farmers Market there in Seattle. We have a farmers market in Lancaster Pa, run mostly by the Mennonites and Amish, but I basically I just go to the local grocery store, and hit the vegetable stands in the summer months along with my very small garden.
I think, good fresh food, and exercise along with fresh air and a good attitude are the key to good living and good health.
Enjoy your day Sassyme!
Love you lots,
here is to healthy eating!
