baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, summer spirit soaring,baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) This was so much fun! :) with the flour flying, and the triplets super stirring the brownies mix! :) This is awesome!!! :) Kayla and i are teaching the kids, how to bake, and they are learning lots and lots :) They were having such a fun time, they couldn't wait, to get the baking friday advneture started! :) hehe! :) lots of great things going on, during these golden days of summer :)We wish you all could come over to enjoy some baking friday goodies :)
We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, the triplets, and i baked zuchinni bread, and we also baked some m&m's brownies :) Jenn was busy today, but next week, Mikey will join in on the baking friday adventures :) These are the golden days of summer, with lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) earlier, Alyssa and the triplets came over, and they were all set, and ready to bring their chairs into the kitchen, to help bake :)awww! :) they've taken a great liking, to baking, and they love cookies, and all kinds of goodies and treats :)
We hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great day :) We love when friday arrives,our favorite tradition of the week, baking friday! :) this morning, i wished my family a happy baking friday, and i love to share your heart-felt happy baking friday wishes with them :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) Thank you everyone! :) we appreciate you all :) it was a nice morning. :) We had an early morning rainfall in our area :) it was so refreshing, and replenishing for the plants :) i gathered some goodies, and put the goodies around our yard, for the birds and squirrels :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :)
We've been having an awesome season of baking friday adventures, this summer season, baking all kinds of nice goodies, and treats :) Kayla and Taylynn are getting ready, to return back to school, for a whole new year. :) they've had a great summer vacation :) We're all looking forward to also, our annual fall season themed baking friday adventures, including baking lots of apples and pumpkin themed goodies :) it's gonna be so nice, getting the kitchen cozy warm, on those cool crisp autumn days :) apples, cinnamon, and pumpkin :) yum! :) there's so much more, to look forward too :)
We have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for my dear, and lovely mom, and sister Lisa :) they went over to the stores yesterday evening, and picked up baking friday supplies :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) We love to chip in each week, to get the baking friday supplies :) i decorated our kitchen this morning, with a cool sunflowers theme :) it's been a wonderful time in the summer season, lots of sunflowers blossoming :) It's always one of our favorite themes to decorate in the kitchen :) i love getting our kitchen all set, and ready for our super fun adventures :)i cooked a nice lunch, baked potatoes, and cabbage soup :) delicious! :) During the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends. :)
Alyssa and the triplets came over around 2:30pm :) the kids were all excited, about baking friday :) it's become a tradition for them, each week, to get their chairs, and they bring the chairs out into the kitchen :) around 3pm, Kayla and i had the kitchen set :) i found a nice recipe, for zuchinni bread, on the all recipes website :) it sounded really good :) i sent happy baking friday texts to friends :) Each week, we love to get our recipes set, and we love to use our baking friday supplies, we have recieved over the years :) our aprons, oven mits, kitchen towels, pans, and lots more :) These wonderful items, are always a special part of our cooking, and baking adventures each week :) our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to get the flour flying in the air. :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) we first began, by preparing the brownies :) my mom's been wanting us to bake some more brownies :) We had a box of brownies mix, and a bag of brownies mix :) we combined both brownies mixes into 2 bowls, and began to add the other ingredients :) water, vegetable oil, and i said to Kayla, "pick out the best 2 eggs ever!" : )She's always loved to help select the eggs :) Kayla's been helping a lot this summer season, helping teach the kids how to bake :) They've been learning a lot :) i remember when Kayla was as tall as the triplets, and now she's almost tall as me! :) wow! :) the years really fly by. We love baking friday, and are so happy, and thankful to have this very special tradition in our lives :)
The triplets wanted to have some m&m's :) colby, brayden, and jacob, each got to have some m&m's :) They were very happy :) they get so excited, they said, "Candy!!!" awww! :) We were sharing lots of smiles in the kitchen today :) You all are always right there with us in spirit in our kitchen :) We got some spoons, and began to super stir the ingredients :) the triplets are becoming great super stirrers! :) They get very proud, when they help, and adding the ingredients to the bowl :) we added some m&m's into the brownies mix :) i used butter, to grease the baking dish :) We then poured the brownies mix into the baking pan :) baking friday teamwork! :) we love it! :)
we sprinkled more m&m's on top of the brownies, and i then put the brownies into the oven to bake! bake! bake! :) i love that chocolate goodness scent, of the brownies baking in the oven :) As the brownies were baking, we began to get ready, to bake the zuchinni bread :) i found a nice recipe, on the all recipes website :) over the years, i've found many recipes on that site, that we have used, for our baking friday adventures. :) i sliced some zuchinni, and we then began to add all of the ingredients into the bowl :) it's a simple recipe, that includes some cinnamon :) my mom's been wanting us to bake some zuchinni bread :) i love it too, and have been wanting to have some with some soup :)
We had the flour flying in the air in the kitchen today! :) hehe! :) my mom and Alyssa came out into the kitchen, we were all gathering around :) We used a nice bread baking pan, for the zuchinni bread :) i used butter to grease the pan, and we poured in the zuchinni bread mix :) we loaded the bread mix with lots of zuchinni :) i couldn't wait to try it! :) We did some cleaning up in the kitchen, as the brownies and zuchinni bread were baking :) Kayla, Alyssa, and i talked about some of our upcoming baking friday adventures, including the halloween themes we have in October :) the brownies, and zuchinni bread finished baking, i brought the goodies out of the oven to cool down :) The triplets were looking forward to having a brownie! :) they love brownies :)

PRAYERS REQUEST! hi angel friends, we have a prayers request, for everyone in Washington State, where there's awful wildfires. we have many friends who live in Washington, who have been touching base with us, to let us know them and their family, friends, are ok. please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. my family and i are praying for everyone's safety, and hoping everyone is ok, and wishing safety, to all of the brave men, and women firefighters, who are battling the wildfires. we hope, and pray, that all the wildfires, will be fully extinguished as soon as possible. big group comforting hug.
