"i'll help bake today"- my niece Taylynn said that today, during baking friday! :)

calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super sweet, old school, classic pretzels themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! with a very special return of one of the original bakers, Taylynn! :) awww! :) The kids are having some birthday party celebrations today with family :) It's been a big week, and we planned on a nice easy, light baking friday today :) Alyssa, Aj, and the triplets went out today, and Jenn, Mike, Mikey, and Hunter welcomed Mikey's parents, and family from New Hampshire to visit :) It's a cool friday, and lots of sweet reflections back upon the awesome times of the week, and so much more to look forward too :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today Kayla, Taylynn, and i baked some nice wheat pretzels :) it was an old school baking friday, with Taylynn joining in on the baking friday fun :) We knew the kids were gonna be having a big day today, and planned on a nice light, easy baking friday adventure :) The kids have been having an awesome week, with the birthday celebrations :) they were definitely with us in spirit today, in the kitchen :)

You all are family to us, and bring us lots of great joy, happiness, and excitement :) We look forward to every day, and also every baking friday arriving, and welcoming you all, into our days, our hearts, and into our adventures, and thank you all, for welcoming us into yours :) You all always have a very special place in our hearts :) This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) It's been a big month of august, and our plants are rocking, growing really nicely with the summer sunshine and warmth :) i love to wish my family and friends, a happy baking friday :) i share your sweet happy baking friday wishes with my family :) Thank you all, so very much! :)

i began my day with a nice nature walk :) i love putting lots of goodies around our yard for the birds, and squirrels :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) awww! :) our plants are doing great :) We have about 6 popcorn cobs growing now, and our plants are growing wild! :) it's really neat to see :) i gave our plants a nice watering today, and fed the popcorn plants some miracle grow plant food :) It's an amazing time in the season, and the spirit of the season is shining all around :)

i decorated our kitchen this morning, for baking friday :) my mom recently went shopping, and bought some decorative towels at the goodwill store :) She said it was awesome cool to be able to use some to decorate our kitchen :) sweet! :) i also put some decorations :) it was fun decorating, and i prepared the wheat pretzels dough early :) i wanted to give the dough time to rise, as the day went on :) i put the dough into a bowl, covered with a paper towel, and let the dough sit in the fridge :)

i prepared a nice lunch, and also went outside for a mid-day nature walk, and enjoyed some nice time here on ds writing to friends :) We decided to have our baking friday adventure around our normal time, shortly after 3pm :) our kitchen was all set :) i had my apron, and we love to use our oven mits, and kitchen towels :) These awesome baking friday supplies, we've recieved from family and friends over the years, are always a big part of our baking and cooking each day and week :) i first thought it was gonna be just Kayla and i baking, but Taylynn came out into the kitchen, and she said she'd like to help bake :) awesome! :) we were all set, and our kitchen was ready! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure :) it was so nice, having Taylynn join us in the kitchen :) We spread some flour on the counter, and got the wheat pretzels dough :) it's a really nice, simple and easy recipe :) the pretzels are fun to make :) i got some water in a cooking pot heating up on the stove, and i cut the dough into portions :) Kayla, Taylynn, and i then began to make the dough into a long rope shape, and made the dough into nice pretzels shapes :) we made lots of pretzels :)

i put the pretzels into the hot water, about 2 or 3 at a time :) my mom came out into the kitchen today too :) it was very nice :) We were enjoying preparing the pretzels, and i asked everyone what they'd like for pretzel topping :) i used vegetable oil, to grease the baking pan, and then put the pretzels onto the pan, and used butterspray for topping, with onion flakes, garlic and pepper, and also kept some pretzels plain :) i then put the pretzels into the oven to bake! :)

the pretzels were baking nicely, and smelled really good :) i cleaned the counter, and was hanging out with my mom, Kayla, and Taylynn :) the pretzels baked for a good 20 minutes, they came out great! :) i'm gonna have a pretzel this evening :) i thanked Kayla and Taylynn for helping bake :) it was so nice baking :) We've got lots more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too the rest of summer season, and into september, countdown to the fall season :) a very special shoutout, for family and friends :) Lots of awesome baking, and cooking each week :) We love hearing about the nice foods, and goodies you all cook and bake :) We're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) this is so much fun, and very special :) i wish we all could gather and have a baking friday picnic :) Wheat Pretzels, Dedicated to our wonderful Family, Friends, and to the awesome spirit of summer time :) We love you all so very very much! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday, we love it!!! :) August 11th, 2017 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)
