baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters! :) hehe! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's baking friday! :) oh my! :) a super fun, flour flying, happy hearts, Valentine's themed baking friday adventure in the kitchen!!! :) This was so much fun!!! :) we had the flour flying in the air today, sharing lots of smiles, and spirited cheer! :) We had the whole baking friday crew baking goodies! :) all of the kids, Holly, Kayla, and i :) it was so much fun!!! :) We're celebrating the arrival of Valentine's weekend! :) come on over, for some baking friday goodies! :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) Today, Holly, Kayla, Hunter, Carter, Brody, Colby, Jacob, Brayden, and i baked Valentine's day heart shaped sugar cookies, and pillsbury Valentine's day cookies :) it was so much fun! :) We had the whole crew joining in! :) We're so happy and excited! :) Happy arrival of Valentine's day weekend! :) We shared lotsof smiles today, and all of the spirited excitement of baking up some awesome goodies :) It's one of our favorite times of the year :)

It's the deep heart of the winter season. We love the warmth of our home, and the scent of goodies baking in the kitchen :) We've been counting down the days, until our super fun adventure today :) As we all get ready to celebrate the weekend, and Valentine's day, we're all with eachother in spirit :) We're so happy, thankful, and blessed to have you all in our lives, and are very happy, and thankful for all of the wonderful joy, happiness, excitement, and peace, you all bring our hearts :) From our hearts, and home to yours, we send our love, and our most warmest caring happy friendship hugs, and smiles :)

This morning, we had an awesome new day, rising and shining :) a very special friday tradition i love very much, is wishing my family, Holly, and friends a happy baking friday, and i share with my family and Holly, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) awww! :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) we love this very special tradition, baking friday, and are so happy and excited to be baking lots of goodies, as this new year continues to blossom :) We love seasonal baking, holiday baking, and all of the baking in between the times of the holiday's :) It's such a fun, and exciting tradition :) i'm very honored, and proud that my nephew Hunter interviewed me about baking friday, for his school project :) it brings our hearts a lot of joy, baking goodies, and looking forward to the adventure each week :) We're so proud of the kids, and all they're learning about baking ,and cooking :) They're awesome bakers, and cooks, and they love to enjoy the goodies we bake, along with all of the special memories being made :) it's very special to us, getting to share our baking friday adventures with everyone :)

As the new day was blossoming this morning, i was up early, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) i bundled up warmly, including wearing my winter hat, and winter gloves :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :) it was about 7 degrees here this morning. i saw the sun rising up, and birds gathering around :) our nature friends amaze us, how they adapt to the weather of the seasons :) i walked through thw snow ,over to the bird sanctuary area in our yard, and put lots of goodies in this area of our yard, for our nature friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) awww! :) i saw some bluejays, crows, starlings, mr nut squirrel, and sparrows :) it's very nature active out there :) i walked around our yard a bit, taking in the nature sights and sounds :) it feels like the deep heart of winter season out there, and is most snow we've had in our yard during february, since about 3 or 4 years ago. recent winters were mild, but this winter is definitely a very active one. We hope everyone is warm, and safe, from the wintery weather. i wasn't outside for too long, but was so happy to be able to go out to put goodies outside for our nature friends :)

it was a nice sweet morning :) i made a hot tea after my nature walk, and we enjoyed a nice breakfast :) Cheers! :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and Valentine's day decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) it's a special part of the baking friday tradition each week :) Today, i decorated our kitchen, with a Happy Valentine's day theme :) our kitchen is glowing with the spirit of the holiday, with bright colors of red and pink :) our kitchen looked awesome! :) it's so much fun decorating :) i love to take pictures of our kitchen decorated :) as the morning went on, we put on the sports radio, and also prepared a nice lunch around mid-day :) we have some nice sunshine in our area today, it's so nice to have the sunshine :) we enjoyed our lunch, and during the early afternoon, i enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :)

Around 3pm, my mom and dad went to pick up the triplets, Colby, Brayden, and Jacob, from school, and Jenn, Mikey, Hunter, and Carter came over :) Jenn and family have been enjoying settling into their new home :) We're so happy for them :) Lots of great spirit, and excitement, as we were getting ready to bake some awesome goodies :) Each week, we love to use our ncie baking friday supplies, that we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies, are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) Our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some awesome Valentine's day goodies :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) baking friday teamwork! :) Holly and Kayla joined in on the baking friday fun today, along with Hunter, Carter, Brody, Jacob, Colby, and Brayden :) We first began to prepare the sugar cookies : )They're one of our favorite cookies to make :) my mom and sister Jenn were coming out into the kitchen, and you all are always right there with us in spirit, during these sweet spirited times :) We were so excited, preparing the sugar cookies :) the kids love to help, they get so proud, adding the ingredients : )They all each love to have something to add to the bowl, the flour, sugar, butter, egg, and of course love to super stir the ingredients :)we love to encourage the kids :) We were super stirring, and then got the cookie dough ready to make each heart shapes :) Holly got some plates, and we put flour onto the plates, the kids each got a plate and some cookie dough ,to begin making the heart shaped cookies : )

The kids love to use the cookie cutters to make different shaped cookies :) they were having so much fun, making the heart shaped cookies :) i used butter to grease the baking pans, and we put the cookies onto the pans, and i put the first 2 batches of cookies into the oven to bake :) Our kitchen smelled great, with the sugar cookies baking :) We did some cleaning up in the kitchen :) Kayla, and Brody helped put some pillsbury valentine's day sugar cookies onto the pans, and we were all hanging out, enjoying the awesome spirit of the adventure :) We made some red, and purple frosting, for the sugar cookies :) the first 2 pans of cookies finished baking, i brought them out of the oven to cool down :) i put the next 2 pans of cookies into the oven to bake :)

We were having so much fun, baking, and sharing in all of the fun of the adventure :) Once the first batch of cookies finished baking, we spread red frosting on top of the cookies, and added some purple frosting into a zip lock bag, and made a D and S, on 2 of the cookies, for all of you, our dear DS friends, and made a smiley face on one of the cookies :) the 2nd batches of cookies finished baking ,i brought them out of the oven to cool down :) i took some pictures of the cookies ,and then Holly and i began to bring the cookies around our kitchen, and living room, everyone was digging in :) Alyssa came over after work :) We made a nice plate of cookies for Jenn and family to bring home :) We decorated more cookies, the triplets are enjoying lots of cookies :) This is awesome!!!! :)
