We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition :) Today, the kids, Holly, and i baked a Superbowl themed cake, and triple berry muffins :) it was lots of fun :)We're very excited, welcoming the superbowl weekend and all of the spirited excitement of the superbowl festivities, traditions, and the big game :) it's Eagles vs Chiefs, Superbowl 59 :) We're looking forward to seeing who wins :) Today's our 17th annual Kitchen Bowl :) We've been baking a superbowl cake each year, since 2008 (Superbowl 42) :) It's one of our favorite traditions :) We love football, and are super pumped up and excited to celebrate Superbowl sunday with everyone :)

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) A very special friday tradition i love very much, is wishing Holly, our family ,and our friends a happy baking friday, and i share with Holly an dour family, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) Thank you angel friends, so very much :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) We've been looking forward to our super fun adventure, baking some awesome superbowl goodies :) We love baking a superbowl themed cake each year, we've been baking a superbowl cake since superbowl 42 (2008) :) It' s a special tradition :) The big game is on sunday, and all throughout the week, lots of spirited excitement building up with the countdown to Superbowl 59 :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) We're keeping an eye on the weather forecast, we have a winterstorm watch here for saturday into sunday, 5 to 10 inches of snowfall is forecasted. wishing everyone safety and warmth through the wintery weather.

We're getting ready for the wintery weather. it's been a very nature active week, with lots of nature friends visiting our yard ,and neighborhood :)We love seeing them :) i gathered a nice bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :) our nature friends and the sunrise sunshine greeted me :) it felt warmer outside this morning, and lots of snow and ice melting. i put lots of goodies on the bird feeders and in the bird sanctuary area for our nature friends :) they love their baking friday breakfast feasts :) i saw lots of bluejays gathering in our yard :) the nature is spirit soaring :) Holly and i are looking forward to lots more nature walks, all throughout the season, and welcoming spring next month :) Happy nature smiles :)

It was a nice peaceful early morning :) We enjoyed our breakfast, and having some hot chamomile tea, water, and vanilla iced coffee :) Tiger girl enjoyed her breakfast :) We all have been continuing with the good care, getting lots of good rest this week as the cold has been running it's course. Thank you angel friends, for your continued warm well wishes, and comforting healing prayers :) it's been a long week, on wednesday evening i accidentally got a wood splinter under my left hand index fingernail by our backdoor, the door/wood panel there is a bit worn, my mom, dad, and Holly all helped me get the splinter out ,it was very painful. i've been being careful while typing. We're so ready for a fun baking friday and superbowl weekend :) i began to gather our baking friday supplies, kitchen decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin setting up and decorating our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) Today, i decorated our kitchen with an awesome superbowl football theme :) our kitchen looks great and ready for some football :) it's Superbowl time :) it's so much fun decorating :)We love our football decorations and collectibles :) around mid-morning, we put our favorite sports radio on :) We love tuning into all of the football talk, and they had their preview of superbowl 59 :) Holly and i love keeping up with our favorite sports :) around mid-day, we enjoyed a nice lunch, and during the early afternoon i enjoyed some nice time here on DS :)

Around 3pm, Brody and the triplets came over :) Jenn and the kids were with us in spirit, s they are staying home today as a precaution, as we've been battling colds here. We look forward to them coming over next week :) Lots of great seasonal spirit and excitement in the air, with the upcoming superbowl weekend :) we've been looking forward to our annual superbowl themed baking friday adventure :)We're having lots of fun enjoying our winter time baking friday adventures, and all of the great memories being made :) The kids came up with the cool idea for our superbowl cake this year, they suggested we make a brownies cake :) We love the idea :) Mikey and Hunter are Chiefs fans, and are very excited to cheer on their team in the superbowl :)We're big football fans, and love celebrating the superbowl with everyone each year :) We all gathered in the kitchen :) The kids love to select their spots at the kitchen counter :) The kids, Holly, and i got our picture taken :) it's a special baking friday tradition :) You all are always right there with us in spirit in the kitchen :) my mom takes the picture of us each week :) We love to use our nice baking friday supplies, i wear my nice apron Holly gave me, and we use our nice oven mits, kitchen towels, baking pans, and all of our baking supplies that we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) Our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some nice football goodies :) Calling all cookie monsters :) It's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure :) baking friday teamwork! :) The kids love to help :) they're great helpers :) We first began to prepare the brownies :) we decided to use brownies this year instead of cake mix, to make the superbowl cake :) We added the ingredients into the bowl :)We were sharing lots of smiles, and spirited cheer :) Holly and i were asking the kids who they want to see win the superbowl :) my mom came out into the kitchen at times, and you all are always right there with us in spirit in the kitchen :) We super stirred the brownies mix :) i used vegetable oil to grease the baking pan, and we poured the brownies mix into the pan, and i put the brownies into the oven to bake :) as the brownies were baking, we began to prepare the triple berry muffins :)
We used a nice packet of triple berry muffins mix :) all we needed to add, was water:) We super stirred the mix, and poured the mix into the muffin cups, and i put the muffins into the oven to bake :) We did some cleaning up in the kitchen :) i brought the football field game board we have, into the kitchen :) Holly and i taught the kids how to play table football, using the board, and triangle shaped football, and how to score points on the board :) Holly and i remember playing table football when we were in school :) we all had a fun time, the kids won some games, and were so proud :)

The brownies and muffins finished baking ,i brought the goodies out of the oven to cool down :) We made some green and red frosting, and also kept some white frosting, for the brownies/cake :) once the brownies cooled down, we decorated the cake :) We used green and white to decorate the Eagles goal endzone, and we used red frosting to decorate the Chiefs goal endzone :) we also used white frosting to make the yard makers on the field, and used 2 pieces of straw to put the eagles and chiefs helmets on the straws on the field :) The cake came out great! :) The muffins came out great too :) We all began to dig in :)The brownies and muffins are delicious :) We had so much fun baking the goodies :) i thanked the kids and Holly for helping bake :) We have lots more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too :) We're going to be haivng our annual Valentine's day themed baking friday adventure next week :) a very special shoutout for family and friends :) Lots of great baking, and cooking this week :) We love hearing abotu the goodies, and foods you all bake, and cook :)We're all with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) This is so much fun and very special :) i wish we all could gather and have a big baking friday picnic :) Superbowl themed Brownie Cake, and Triple Berry Muffins ,dedicated to our wonderful family, friends, and to the awesome spirit of the season :) We love you all so very very much :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday! :) We love it! :) February 7th, 2025 :) Happy baking friday everyone! :)
